He is the leading person of Mahjong Manga, but also wrote "SWEET Sangokushi," a gag [comedy] one.
彼は麻雀漫画の第一人者ですが、「SWEET三国志」というギャグマンガも描いています。

This scene is that Shū Yu forces an unreasonable demand and tries to murder Kōmei.
周瑜が孔明に無理難題を押し付けて、彼を殺そうとする場面です。
